Southern Horizons Academy offers a range of educational services including Primary Education, Secondary Education, Extracurricular Activities, Special Needs Support, STEM Programs, Arts and Music Classes, and Language Courses. Our services are subject to change without prior notice.

Users are expected to adhere to all school policies and procedures. Respectful behavior towards staff and students is mandatory. Users must ensure that any information provided is accurate and up-to-date.

All fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedules provided at enrollment. Late payments may incur additional charges as stipulated in our policy documents.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the administration office. Refunds are subject to our refund policy which considers the timing of the cancellation relative to program commencement.

The Academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of using our services, except as required by Australian law.
